"Ropotamo" preserve

Ropotamo reserved area was included in the list of the preserved areas in 1992. It comprises of 1000,7 hectares along the two banks of Ropotamo river.

The flora and the fauna includes rare and endangered by extinction species, what makes it a nature complex of international importance.

The preserve comprises Arkutino Swamp /620decare/ with its typical swamp vegitation, water lilys and a unique sea wormwood.
